We’re fairly sure Gracie didn’t see any snow this tall in her first days last March. The three of us are all discovering that strange things happen to a pug’s body in the winter.

Gracie’s been keeping me company while I work like a dog (harhar) on these final papers… We’re both looking forward to December 15th like you wouldn’t believe.

He comes from the same breeder as Gracie (different parents though), and is the runt of the litter, only one still looking for a home. We did a lot of reading before we got Gracie, and from what we read, we were expecting a lot less sleep, a lot more rambunctiousness, and a lot more frustration. If this little guy has any of Gracie’s personality, you’d be in puppy heaven.

Snow arrives today, threatless.

Slate has some Excellent New Pics and movies of the Gracester  on the camera… but lately the camera’s been in her purse, and when she’s been home, I’ve been at work. So, here’s an old pic of happy Gracie.

Nope, we didn’t get a costume for her this year (she got a stuffed bat and a big rubber ball, though). Slate did decide to make even more public her obsession with Gracie, though…

All the crunchy leaves are falling off the trees and I can bite them now. This is good, I need stress relief because Slate and Hairy Man are both grumpy and lazy this month. I cuddled a lot with them today to see if it helped. It didn’t. Hairy Man took me to the park three times in the past four days, but I think it’s because he’s been locked in the room with the glowing screen so much. Doesn’t he know I want to play ALL the time?
